Access Token
Step 1 — get a token: enter your company email and the hub will email you one. Only the latest token for your email stays valid.
Step 2 — paste the token from that email and unlock.
Reporter health
Every guard run heartbeats here, whether or not it produced a usable quota reading. That separates a machine that is off or asleep (silent) from one whose guard runs every 15 minutes but whose quota probe keeps failing (probe failing) — the latter reports no quota and never rotates, so without this it looks identical to silence.

Disable refresh-token distribution

Admin only · When ON, the hub stops handing out refresh tokens: borrowers receive access-token-only credentials and the hub refreshes them centrally, closing the shared-pool refresh-token death spiral. Toggle OFF to instantly revert to serving full credentials.
Require users to supply a valid account

Admin only · When ON, only members with a healthy uploaded account in the pool may borrow from it — a non-contributor's fetch is refused with a notice explaining how to contribute. Their own invalidated auth is still returned for re-login. When OFF, non-contributors are only rate-limited while the pool is scarce.

Pool health trend
Per source, from each worker run (~15 min): how many pooled auths are healthy vs hard-dead (refresh token gone — needs the owner to re-login), and central-refresh outcomes. The death spiral is closed when hard-dead stops climbing.
